Issues during Pega Exam :
Issue 1 : Your Exam Cannot be launched.
Issue is like that, We have detected an issue when attempting to connect from your network to your exam. Your exam cannot be launched.
Solution:
Check your wifi and hotspot is working fine or not . Sometimes this problem solved by switching the network operator.
Permanent solution is that , You need to change your laptop , As your laptop might belongs to your organization.
So best solution is to change your laptop.
Issue 2 : It Appears you are running on a virtual machine.
Solution: Above issue happened , When you are using your company laptop , so always prefer the personal laptop for the pearson exam
Issue 3: Procter cant see your video.
Solution: This issue occured after checkin , This issue generally fixed by restarting the test or sometimes we forget to maximize the window so this happened.Always maximize the exam window.
Also always make sure that You check there is no app running in background .
For windows , Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc Key to open task manager and right click on any unnecessery thing and click end task to close all other app.
If you are getting some other issues , Than always keep in mind , If your exam is from 5 PM , Check in start at 4:30 PM , so even before 2 min of exam , You can reschedule it.
Suppose issue occured after check in , Than there is no reschedule option , Than you need to talk with pearson vue support and ask them for refund or reschedule.
