We stand by the quality of our materials and have designed our refund policy to be fair, transparent, and straightforward.

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for a Refund

We understand that issues can sometimes occur. To ensure our customers are protected, we offer a full refund under the following specific conditions:

  1. Non-Delivery of Product: If you have successfully completed your purchase but do not receive the email containing your PDF download link, you are eligible for a full refund.

  2. Incorrect Product Delivered: We take great care to ensure order accuracy. However, if you believe you have received a different product than the one you purchased, you are eligible for an immediate exchange or a full refund.

    • Important: To ensure we can resolve any delivery errors immediately, we ask that you please verify your downloaded product and contact us at support@lowcodecerts.com within 3 hours of your purchase if you have received the wrong item. This allows our team to prioritize your request and send you the correct file without delay.

Situations Not Covered by Our Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, which are delivered instantly upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds for reasons outside of the two scenarios listed above. Please note the following non-refundable situations:

  • Incorrect Purchase: We cannot offer a refund if you purchase the wrong product by mistake. Please double-check your cart to ensure you are buying the correct exam materials for your needs.

  • Expired Orders: Any refund request made more than 5 days after the purchase date.

  • Late Notification: Claims for an incorrect product that are not reported within the 3-hour window.

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@lowcodecerts.com. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number) and a brief explanation of the issue.

Refunds Process

Once your request is received, our team will review the details of your order. We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

In the case of an incorrect product delivery, our first priority is to provide you with the correct item. If you receive the wrong PDF, please contact us within 3 hours, and we will send you the correct product right away. If you would prefer a refund instead, please let us know in your request.
